The successful candidate will have strong secretarial, administration, PA or EA experience and be able to manage own workload, prioritise and have strong organisational skills. They will also be able to work to deadlines and have discretion and confidentiality.

The role includes a range of responsibilities including diary management, typing of correspondence and taking minutes, screening of all calls and problem solving, dealing with the email inbox, organising events, travel and transport, and supporting at the yearly exhibition trade show.

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong secretarial, administratation, PA or EA experience
  • Experienced to an intermediate level using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to manage own workload, prioritise and have strong organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Might have done note taking
  • Able to have discretion and confidentiality
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Must be a driver and have own transport
  • Sociable character
