Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager, Program Director to join our team at Connected Search Group Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects within our specialist engineering services company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Create detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, to ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and projects are delivered within allocated resources.
  • Present regular project updates and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Guide and mentor junior project managers and team members, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools to streamline project delivery and improve efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge and expertise to drive project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the engineering sector, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
  • Degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with advanced degree preferred.
