About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our Consulting practice at NTT DATA Services. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, working closely with our clients in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of IT infrastructure projects, including definition, planning, execution, and implementation.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to drive project success.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation and resolution.
- Provide regular financial reporting, including cost forecasting, management, and actuals tracking.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and policies for all projects.
- Develop and execute project communications, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure project management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management qualifications, such as Prince 2, PMP, or equivalent.
- Full P&L and budget management responsibility for projects managed.
- Experience in managing infrastructure programs, including cloud migration, data center migration, and network infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data center transformations.
