Regional Manager - East Anglia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Instore cafe operations in East Anglia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional food services across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of unit managers to deliver outstanding food services.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring contract compliance and exceeding expectations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure Compass and brand standards are met, while adhering to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Labour and Cost Management: Monitor and support your team, recognizing training needs and potential, while managing labour and controllable costs within all units.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate a commercial mindset to deliver profitability within the units.
Essential Skills:
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience at a senior level, leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results.
  • Catering Background: Previous multi-site catering experience with P&L responsibility.
  • Client Relationship Building: Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Brand Guidelines: Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
