Job Title: Executive Chef Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh innovative food services to independent schools and colleges. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
* Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and their students
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
* Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and budgeting
* Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop new business opportunities

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a similar environment
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and food allergens
* Financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
* IT literacy and ability to use kitchen management software
