Job Overview

This role is responsible for reviewing feedback from internal stakeholders and external assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and sustainability are met. You will work closely with HSSQ leads to contextualize improvement opportunities and support the HSSQ Coordinator in embedding changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an efficient HSSQ Management System that is clearly understood by all staff members.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes that impact operational delivery and maintain knowledge of governance processes.
  • Create policies, procedures, and other key associated content to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Engage HSSQ Leads to contextualize improvement opportunities and facilitate collaboration.
  • Support the HSSQ Coordinator in embedding changes and ensuring seamless implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Robust knowledge of HSSQ Management Systems and strong understanding of governance processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage stakeholders and facilitate change.
  • Organizational management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Highly experienced in Construction and Civil Engineering, with qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
  • Member of professional bodies like IEMA, CQI, or Chartered Auditor.
