SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to a Year 2 child at a primary school in Willesden, Brent.
This role involves working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement and monitor personalised behaviour plans, helping the child to develop social skills and positive interactions with peers.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with behavioural needs, in an educational setting, and possess strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with the child, parents, and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-1 support to the Year 2 child, focusing on behaviour management and engagement with learning activities.
