We are seeking an experienced Senior Life Science Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Permanent People Rec2Rec. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by sourcing and placing exceptional talent within the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert advice on recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to attract and engage high-calibre candidates, including headhunting, networking, and online platforms.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes within the life sciences sector to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of 360 recruitment experience within the life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's specific needs and challenges.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or healthcare.
  • Networking: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
