Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert advice on recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to attract and engage high-calibre candidates, including headhunting, networking, and online platforms.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes within the life sciences sector to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of 360 recruitment experience within the life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's specific needs and challenges.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or healthcare.
- Networking: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
