We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Field Scientific Director to join our Medical Affairs team at Life Sciences Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in engaging with internal teams and external partners to share critical medical information and act as a scientific authority in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Support field medical initiatives for clinical development, patient advocacy, and upcoming product launches.
- Build and maintain scientific relationships with external stakeholders.
- Lead assigned projects in collaboration with the Director of Global Field Medical Affairs.
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in field medical affairs.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of local regulatory guidelines and compliance.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% in Europe.
