Job Responsibilities:

As a Guest Services Representative, your key responsibilities will include providing information about the hotel and local area, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. You will also be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, building relationships with guests, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
