The programme will comprise several smaller projects, including laboratory fit-out, clean rooms, commercial, and communal fit-out. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering real estate projects from inception to delivery, with experience in the life sciences, laboratory, and commercial fit-out sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of the programme of works, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
- Manage a team of project managers and coordinators to deliver individual projects
