Industrial Instrument Technician

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Instrument Technician to join our team. As an instrumental part of our equipment hire business, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various instruments and equipment.
You will need a solid understanding of mechanical principles and ability to interpret and follow schematics for accurate repairs and installations. A minimum level 3 in electronics, mechatronics or similar is required, along with previous experience maintaining electronic instruments.
You will work closely with our clients to provide exceptional customer service, troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring equipment functionality. A UK driving licence and passport are also necessary due to occasional travel.
Main Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment.
- Maintain excellent customer service while addressing technical concerns.
- Adhere to maintenance schedules ensuring equipment functionality.
Essential:
- Minimum level 3 in electronics, mechatronics or similar.
- Previous experience maintaining electronic instruments.
- Strong communication, teamwork, customer service, time management, and fault-finding skills.
- UK driving licence.
We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension, parking, private medical insurance, and equipment training.
