About the Company:

i2i Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dedicated Contracts Team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in project coordination. Our ideal candidate will have a background in project coordination, sales administration, or document control, with experience in engineering, manufacturing, or Oil & Gas being a plus.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Project Manager in project coordination tasks
  • Liaising with internal departments and external customers
  • Assisting with the creation of project plans
  • Ensuring timely order status reporting
  • Improving status reporting format in liaison with clients and business personnel
  • Assisting with monitoring project actual costs against estimates
  • Identifying and supporting process and system improvements
  • Coordinating client visits
  • Supporting end-month reporting and presentations

The Ideal Candidate:
  • A background in project coordination, sales administration, or document control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRP and Microsoft Projects experience is a bonus
  • Confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive under project deadlines and in a fast-paced environment

Salary: Circa £30,000 DOE
