Cloud Services Apprentice

Inspiremyfuture is looking for a Cloud Services Apprentice to join our team. As a Cloud Services Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud services and network systems.
About the Role:This is an entry-level position that requires a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incidents and update them within the SLA
- Communicate with customers regarding incident status and progress
- Escalate potential service issues or opportunities for improvement
- A GCSE in any subject at grade 4+ (A-C)
- GCSE Maths and English at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A creative, positive, and inquisitive nature with a 'can-do' attitude
The estimated salary for this position is £20,000 per annum, with a probationary period of 6 months. Once completed, you will have the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
