About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper and Administrator to join our team at GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED. The successful applicant will work closely with the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth functioning of accounts, payroll, and office services.

The ideal candidate will have experience of using SAGE accounting software, experience of running payroll, and good MS Excel experience. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing payroll and budgets, and maintaining relationships with service partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Oversee payroll and budgets
  • Maintain relationships with service partners
  • Support the Managing Director
  • Attend weekly management meetings
  • Handle general office administration tasks

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus annual bonus, birthday and Christmas leave, company pension scheme, and much more.
