About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Advisor to join our team at EE. As a Retail Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring you can provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
