About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Advisor to join our team at EE. As a Retail Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the right products and services.

What You'll Do
  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Help customers find the right products and services, using your knowledge and expertise to make informed recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services, using this knowledge to engage with customers and drive sales.
