Working Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused tenant safety professional to lead the delivery of compliance and health and safety services to our tenants and leaseholders living in our housing stock of around 5700 dwellings in the Charnwood borough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational delivery of services and providing assurance that the Council is meeting all relevant legislative, statutory, and regulatory obligations, and that tenants, staff, and members of the public are being kept safe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of compliance and health and safety services to tenants and leaseholders
  • Ensure the Council is meeting all relevant legislative, statutory, and regulatory obligations
  • Provide assurance that tenants, staff, and members of the public are being kept safe
  • Operate in an agile working environment
