Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
">As a Sales Growth Consultant with Think Recruitment, you will be part of our high-performing sales team that lives and breathes the job. Your daily tasks will include cold calling, sourcing, and qualifying potential candidates to drive revenue and growth.
You will work closely with our consultants and management to ensure targets are met and exceeded. A strong work ethic, resilience, and determination to succeed are essential in this role.
About You:

A successful candidate will be resilient, not afraid of rejection, and understand that success takes time. We offer ongoing training from directors of the business and pay reviews based on personal achievement.
