About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enforcement Administrator to join our team at MS Webb. As an Enforcement Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our Enforcement Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our enforcement services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to understand their eviction requirements and provide guidance on the necessary procedures.
  • Prepare authority correspondence and appointments, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Schedule enforcement agents and service partners to attend evictions, ensuring timely and effective deployment.
  • Log all correspondence, raise Purchase Orders, and issue invoices for each individual deployment, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery and serving notice of enforcement, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Maintain manual and electronic records, updating databases, including Company management information systems, and handle enquiries from internal and external bodies by telephone, letters, and email.
  • Process inbound documentation and input data onto the system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Keep client records up to date, ensuring accurate and timely information is available.
  • Prepare request forms and letters to the High Court, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Cooperate with others to deliver a flexible approach to service delivery across the Enforcement team.
  • Perform a wide variety of specialized administrative support duties for the Enforcement team, including drafting notices and preparing written evidence.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in enforcement, civil litigation, and/or property possession.
  • Ability to problem-solve using own initiative.
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid knowledge of enforcement processes.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Be well-organized with an ability to time plan efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, able to spot errors and rectify mistakes quickly.
  • Be comfortable using a variety of technologies and software systems.
  • A positive and results-oriented approach in a team environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, able to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Education to a minimum GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) standard is desirable, as is knowledge of the legal profession.
