Job Summary

In this role, you will work closely with other members of the care team to provide high-quality support and care to service users. Your responsibilities will include ensuring effective communication, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting patient independence. You will also participate in managerial supervision and therapeutic activities, contributing to a calm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
* Participate in patient discharge and transfer planning
* Monitor patient progress and report any concerns
* Assist patients in developing self-care skills and independence
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues

Person Specification

* Essential skills: communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Desirable qualifications: relevant degree or diploma in a healthcare-related field
* Experience: previous experience in healthcare or a related field

Estimated Salary: £25,528 - £28,893 per annum (dependent on experience)
