Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team in Chelmsford, Essex. As a Community Support Worker, you will work closely with our customers to provide high-quality care and support services that enable them to live safely and independently within their own homes. This may include helping clients to relearn skills in their lives, such as personal care, mobility and preparing meals. You will also need to have access to a car and a full driving licence with business insurance. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.69 per hour on weekdays and £14.69 per hour on weekends. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive £500 joining bonus*, enhanced contributory pension scheme, private healthcare scheme (£1,495 per year), Bluelight Card (with discounts on your favourite retail brands) and employee loyalty scheme.
