We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Numeracy Lead to join our team at Petherton Park School. As a Numeracy Lead, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing tailored maths curriculums for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development of maths curriculums for our pupils
  • Work closely with teaching assistants to direct them in supporting pupils
  • Teach maths to Level 2 (GCSE/Functional Skills)
  • Monitor and record progress, both academically and against EHCP outcomes
  • Work with neurodiverse children and young people with additional needs related to communication and interaction, cognition, and learning, sensory and/or physical
