About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Student Experience Team as a Residential Support Team Member. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
  • Conducting flat viewings and inspections
  • Planning and running events and activities

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and passion for working with students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

  • An estimated annual salary of £28,000 - £33,000 depending on experience
  • 13 days paid holiday and an annual holiday buying scheme
  • A generous pension scheme with employer contributions between 5% and 11%
