Talent Acquisition and Growth Strategist

Talent Acquisition and Growth Strategist is a key role within Michelle Waterworth Recruitment that requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to drive business growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and working closely with the board to shape and execute growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets, with a strong existing network within relevant markets and the ability to establish new relationships with ease. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission structure and comprehensive benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the delivery team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
