This team will address the growing demand driven by our appointment to key Welsh Government frameworks and schemes.

In this role, you will take responsibility for team management, providing training, mentorship, and guidance to support the personal and professional development of team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with organisational goals and client expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct external wall cladding assessments and compartmentation/firestopping surveys on buildings to evaluate fire performance and compliance with safety regulations.

A proven track record in façade/external wall inspections, fire consultancy, or building surveying, with a focus on fire safety, external wall systems and compartmentation/firestopping is essential. Significant understanding of cladding systems, curtain walling, materials, and their fire performance characteristics is also required.
