Job Description

Twinings is seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for driving consumer-led innovation and delivering high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

In this role, you will lead the development of new products and product lines, working closely with our technical and commercial teams to ensure that our products are not only delicious but also meet our customers' expectations.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and partners, ensuring that we have access to the best ingredients and technology to deliver exceptional products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sensory science and consumer insights, with experience in product development and innovation. You will be a natural communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
