Job Title: Product Innovation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Manager to join our team at Twinings. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for driving consumer-led innovation and developing products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a product innovation strategy that aligns with our business goals and consumer trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop new products that meet consumer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our sensory science team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and taste.
  • Partner with our commercial teams to understand consumer behavior and preferences, and to develop products that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure that we have access to the latest technologies and innovations.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and products are delivered on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest consumer trends and market research, and use this information to inform our product development decisions.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in product innovation, research and development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products that meet consumer needs and preferences.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and preferences, and ability to use this information to inform product development decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and products are delivered on time.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and market research to inform product development decisions.
