About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications professional to provide marketing and communications support to our property teams in Kent & the East Sussex border.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing communications plans to engage audiences across various channels
  • Collaborate with regional and national communications teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts
  • Lead and inspire local property teams to improve their communications and marketing skills
  • Manage and evaluate the impact of marketing communications efforts
  • Build strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on audience engagement
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience with web content management systems, search engine optimization, and digital content development
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands
