The Role

At Imperial Brands PLC, we are currently seeking a Compliance Associate to join our Compliance team in Bristol. This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations while fostering a culture of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive regulatory reports on ingredients and product data for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Ensure our portfolio is compliant across international markets, liaising with internal departments to guarantee reporting regulations are met.
  • Extract and format data to produce regulatory reports, driving problem-solving and data review activities.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Compliance environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Planning and organisational skills, with strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work proactively and collaboratively within a team.
  • The ability to work under time pressures and meet deadlines.
  • Data processing and analysis skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
