As a Solution Architect at Thrive IT Systems Ltd, you will be responsible for focusing on the following areas:

• Payment Technology: Design and implement payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.

• Industry Engagement: Foster strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to drive innovation and growth.

• Technical Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver business solutions that leverage your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Background: You will have a strong technical background with business knowledge and context from your experience in the card payments industry.

• Business Acumen: You will be able to combine your technical knowledge with business acumen to drive business growth and success.

• Communication Skills: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Industry Representation: You will represent Thrive IT Systems Ltd at industry forums, such as EMVCo, and contribute to the development of industry standards and best practices.

• Software Development Experience: While not required, experience as a software developer of EMV-related products would be a valuable asset in supporting the development of in-depth technical solutions.
