We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our New Product Introduction team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the development of our next-generation wound products.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the design and development of innovative products that will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply Lean six sigma tools to ensure products are designed for manufacture (DFM)
  • Implement and validate new manufacturing processes within the Wound Operational franchise
  • Support all design transfer activities for new product launches
  • Work in partnership with R&D and Operations to ensure alignment with design and offer a preliminary route to manufacture

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant engineering background, such as a B.ENG degree or Higher National Certificate. You will also need to have experience in manufacturing processes and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
