Regional Lead for Rebate Operations

Job Summary
Western Digital is seeking a highly skilled Regional Lead for Rebate Operations to join our team. As a key member of our EMEAi organization, you will be responsible for leading the settlement planning and execution for Channel Management, from receipt of POS/Inventory Data to rebate settlement/payout for our EMEAi customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive improvements and alignment across all aspects of rebates and claims settlements, harmonizing rebate programs across all subsidiaries.
- Engage counterparts in Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Pricing, AR Collections, Finance, and across all segments of the supply chain to resolve and avoid customer concerns regarding rebate settlement.
- Provide functional guidance, training, and support to off-shore Rebate Analysts to ensure accurate and timely rebate payments.
- Troubleshoot issues related to rebate disputes and deductions, providing solutions and managing operational escalations.
- Ensure healthy relationship dynamics with the regional customer base and drive process improvements through the POS to Rebate Settlement interaction.
- Manage conflict resolution, problem-solving, and customer negotiations.
- Ensure rebate settlement meets all internal controls requirements and external customer satisfaction.
- Assist with key periodic business targets and support enterprise-wide ERP, Rebate, and Inventory tools implementations.
Requirements
- Project management skills and ability to manage and drive projects to completion.
- Leadership and strong business partnering across supply chain, pricing, and sales-related organizations.
- Systems aptitude, with knowledge of Model N, Oracle, and SAP desired.
- Fundamental awareness of accounting principles.
