Job Title: Regional Lead for Rebate Operations

Western Digital is seeking a highly skilled Regional Lead for Rebate Operations to join our team. As a key member of our global operations team, you will be responsible for leading the settlement planning and execution for Channel Management, from receipt of POS/Inventory Data to rebate settlement/payout for the EMEAi customer base (OEM + Distributor + Retail).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive improvements and alignment across all aspects of rebates and claims settlements, harmonizing rebate programs across all subsidiaries.
  • Engage counterparts in Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Pricing, AR Collections, Finance budget management, and across all segments of the supply chain to resolve and avoid customer concerns regarding rebate settlement.
  • Provide functional guidance, training, and support to off-shore Rebate Analysts to ensure rebate payments are made accurately and timely on verified and validated criteria.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to rebate disputes & deductions to determine cause, provide solutions, and manage operational escalations related to Rebate Settlement.
  • Ensure Rebate Settlement meets all internal controls requirements and external customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to manage and drive projects to completion, managing stakeholder expectations and timelines
  • Knowledge of Distribution Channel Management and Accounts Receivable
  • Bias for action, ability to manage global stakeholders Leadership and strong business partnering across supply chain, pricing & sales-related organizations
  • Systems aptitude, with knowledge of Model N, Oracle & SAP desired
  • Fundamental awareness of accounting principles
