Senior Facilities Manager - Central Operations Lead

At The Bicester Collection, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Manager to lead our central operations team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management of facilities operations across our nine European villages.

This role requires a strong understanding of facilities management operations, maintenance, and sustainability practices. You will work closely with our Director of Construction and Village Facilities Managers to ensure that all facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with corporate goals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing large, distributed facilities and will be adept at driving performance and consistency across different geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of global facilities management strategies to ensure uniformity across all village operations.
  • Lead and mentor local Facilities Managers, enhancing their capabilities to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
  • Implement centralized monitoring systems for tracking the performance of each village's facilities operations.
  • Champion and coordinate sustainability efforts across all villages to align with corporate environmental goals.
