We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a large team of Early Years Educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
- Support the Nursery Manager in meeting targets relating to occupancy, revenue, and staff retention.
- Take overall responsibility for the nursery in the manager's absence.
- Uphold exemplary levels of customer care and champion partnership working.
- Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working in a leadership role in a nursery setting.
- Has excellent knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements.
- Can inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children.
- An annual salary of £32,175-£36,621 (when working 37.5 hours).
- Up to 50 paid days off work.
