Principal of SEMH Education

We are seeking a passionate and committed Assistant Principal to join our dedicated team at Compass Associates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEMH education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the educational journey of our students, working closely with the Principal to drive improvement and make a real difference in the lives of young people.
A key aspect of this position is supporting the development of students with SEMH needs, fostering resilience and emotional well-being, and promoting a culture of inclusion and positive behaviour management.
