About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Security Analyst to join our Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) team at Lloyds Banking Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and evolving environment, supporting the integrity of our corporate network and maintaining situational awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into security incidents, identifying potential threats and escalating or containing them as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the highest levels of professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to the external threat landscape and their impact on the team.
Requirements
  • Experience within Security Operations or a similar role.
  • Awareness of Cyber Security industry-related standard methodology.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge and experience of investigating using Event Detection and Response (EDR) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) toolsets.
  • Strong attention to detail and diagnostic skills.
