Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Senior Building Control Surveyor to work in Westminster Council. This role is office based, requiring local residency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review plans for diverse construction projects.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure building regulations compliance.
  • Provide Building Control advice through various channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and correspondence.
  • Support the training of Trainee and Assistant Surveyors.
  • Assist the Principal Surveyor and Head of Building Control with additional team duties.

Required Skills:

  • Degree in construction or equivalent qualification, preferably with a Band C Building Control Surveyor Registration (BSR) qualification.
