About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team at Manchester Airport. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality financial analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business strategy and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and budgeting
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business development and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners

Requirements

  • Part-qualified accountant or finance graduate with experience in financial analysis and planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
