Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Join Bruntwood, a leading commercial property specialist, and take on a challenging role as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. As a key member of our team, you will support our Asset Management, Project Management, Financial Reporting, and Financial Accounting teams in developing your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the preparation of budgets by division and manage performance against these.
- Assist in the reporting of financial results and forecasts to shareholders on a regular basis.
- Prepare and manage the liquidity in the ordinary course of business across both PropCo and OpCo.
- Support the performance analysis of the portfolio through review of trends in rental collection, lettings progress, and vacancy analysis.
- Support the financial reporting teams and assist with consolidated reporting to the Bruntwood Group.
- Accounting qualification in either CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- A minimum of Maths Grade B/6 and English Grade C/5.
- The ability to use Microsoft Excel to create SumIfs/SumProducts/VLookUps.
