Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at ODEON Cinemas Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Lead the budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial plans
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel and financial planning tools
