Join Our Team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Resourcery Group Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial planning and decision-making process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers behind performance trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct financial modelling to assess potential investments, new initiatives, and operational improvements.
  • Partner with various departments to understand business drivers and contribute to financial planning.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Assist with the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and tools to enhance the quality of financial data and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or working towards final stages of qualification.
  • Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
