About the Role

Crisis, a national charity dedicated to ending homelessness, is seeking a skilled Philanthropy Administrator to join their Philanthropy Team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the team's efforts to engage with high-value donors and secure significant funding for the organization's mission.

The Philanthropy Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including monitoring donations, managing external inboxes, and communicating with supporters. Additionally, they will manage the prospect pipeline, lead on the creation of the monthly donor newsletter, and support in the planning of high-value events, appeals, and donor meetings.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft packages, Customer Relationship Management databases (CRMs), and be able to learn new software quickly. They will also possess good numeracy skills, an understanding of finance processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be passionate about social justice and committed to supporting Crisis's mission to end homelessness. They will be a team player, with a critical eye for detail and a keen attention to ensuring that all communications are tailored to different audiences.
