About the Role:

We are seeking a Gas Business Partner to join our team at Stonewater Careers. As a key member of our Gas Business Partners and Administrators team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-performing service that meets statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and control gas service repair contracts to ensure full compliance and governance within gas legislation and policies.
  • Work with the Head of Gas, Gas Business Partners, and the Compliance Administrative team to ensure a robust quality assurance process on gas works undertaken.
  • Monitor arrangements of gas safety performance through inspections, audits, and measurement against set objectives and targets.
  • Provide high levels of resident satisfaction through the work delivered by third-party contractors.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with the ability to show initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a risk-based environment.
  • Proven experience of carrying out gas and general risk assessments.
  • Excellent working knowledge and understanding of gas safety legislation, guidance, and building construction.
