Tata Technologies is seeking a skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our team in the UK. We are now recruiting for a Trainer to deliver classroom-based training on engineering systems such as PLM, VIS, CAD, and BOM at our customer site in Gaydon. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering training on engineering systems and be adept in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of IBM ALM Toolset for automotive and configuration knowledge of Jira/XRAY. They will also have proven experience as a corporate trainer, effective teaching methodologies, and tools. Additionally, they should be proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, and have excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing the competence of our customer employees by participating in the development, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development events. You will evaluate our needs and current practices, create and deliver a training development plan, and administer training with the ability to deliver, project, and motivate trainees.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about bringing innovation to projects and want to join a global company, then this is the place for you.
