We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Engineer - Industrialisation to join our dynamic team at CV Library, a leading designer and manufacturer for the luxury and supercar markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Continuously review and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, delivery, and quality standards.
  2. Manage process documentation, including PFMEA and Control Plans, ensuring adherence to our high-quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with Quality Engineering in defect investigation and root cause resolution to maintain product excellence.
  4. Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) teams across all manufacturing aspects, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  5. Support and lead pre-series builds and manufacturing activities until project closure, ensuring seamless transition from design to production.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in an assembly engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
  2. Demonstrated success in manufacturing method improvements and assembly processes.
  3. A strong foundation in Six Sigma methodologies.
  4. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental policies.
