About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our manufacturing processes through the delivery of quality, delivery, and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tooling, jigs, fixtures, test equipment, and improved processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing principles using the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) Kaizen toolset to identify and eliminate waste.
  • Lead Manufacturing Engineering projects to improve safety, quality, and productivity, and support change initiatives across manufacturing.
  • Identify, install, and commission new plant and equipment to meet the business's changing product and process needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience in a manufacturing/operations/engineering role with a proven track record of process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and create mechanical solutions.
  • Excellent practical skills and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Understanding of electrical engineering principles and/or electronics is beneficial.
