About the Role:

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. As a leading specialist in decarbonisation and energy efficiency works, the company is looking for a skilled professional to develop positive relationships with residents and provide information and support during various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct pre-entry visits and company inductions to ensure a smooth transition for residents.
  2. Collect tenancy agreements and approval forms to facilitate the project's progress.
  3. Visit tenants in their homes to advise them on project timelines and scope.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
  5. Establish working relationships with neighbourhood housing associations to ensure effective communication.
  6. Visit empty houses being refurbished to advise potential tenants on completion dates.
  7. Attend and chair tenant forum meetings to keep residents informed about ongoing projects.
  8. Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in the social housing sector, preferably in a similar role dealing with residents on a daily basis. A full driving license is also required, with the option for a van or car allowance available.

Fawkes and Reece offers a competitive salary of up to £28k, plus a £3k car allowance or van option.
